What’s the difference between a walkthrough, a flythrough, and a virtual tour?
A walkthrough moves through interiors at eye level. A flythrough is an aerial or sweeping exterior path around a building. A virtual tour is an interactive 360° experience the user controls. We produce walkthroughs and flythroughs as rendered video.
How much does a 3D walkthrough cost?
Walkthroughs start at $599 and are quoted per project. The final price depends on length, the number of spaces, and the level of detail.
How long is a typical walkthrough?
Most walkthroughs run 30 to 60 seconds, which is enough to move through the key spaces without losing the viewer.
How fast can you produce one?
We send a storyboard and first sketches within 4 working days. Final animation rendering takes longer than a still image, so we confirm the delivery timeline with you per project.
What do you need from me to start?
A floor plan or model, your finishes, and a few references. If we have already rendered the space for you, the walkthrough builds directly on that.
What format do I receive?
A high-definition MP4 video, ready for listings, presentations, websites, and social media.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Revision rounds are included so we can adjust the path, pacing, and finishes before the final render.
